Conrad Greene has over 32+ years of real estate experience. During the 32+ years Conrad has won various awards and professional recognitions.  Conrad has been the designated broker for The Lafayette Group since 1984.  Conrad’s experience has been in residential, commercial/industrial, land, healthcare, business brokerage and as a national private direct lender.   Conrad has also done asset class valuations for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Arizona Attorney General, Lawyers, CPAs and private parties.

David Brin has more than 20 years of successful experience in commercial real development, acquisition, divestiture, and asset management throughout the US.  Previously, David has been a senior analyst with Starwood Western Capital (subsidiary of Starwood Capital Group), analyzing, underwriting the acquisition/divestiture of all asset classes; and Director of Acquisitions for Orion Residential, executing their acquisition strategy for their multifamily portfolio.
